Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has presented a big gift on the auspicious occasion of Rakshabandhan for middle and upper income group home buyers who are dreaming of their permanent and secure home in the national capital Delhi. DDA has added fresh inventory of 1,287 new flats for sale in Narela sub-city under its popular and much awaited ‘Nagrik Awas Yojana’ (DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana).

Unlike the traditional draw and lottery system, DDA’s civil housing scheme operates on a ‘first come, first served’ model.
This means that as soon as the booking portal goes live on 28th August at 12 noon, whichever applicant first selects the flat of his choice and pays the booking amount online, that flat will be immediately blocked and allotted in his name. For this there will be no need to wait for any lucky draw.
How to apply and book online from home? (Step-by-Step Process)
Interested buyers can complete the entire process digitally through the official housing portal of DDA:

Visit the portal: First of all, visit the official Housing e-Services portal of DDA (eservices.dda.org.in or dda.gov.in).

User Registration: If you are a new user, create your login account by entering your PAN, Aadhaar, mobile number and email ID. Pay the non-refundable registration fee of ₹2,500 online. (Those who have already registered in any previous FCFS Housing Scheme of DDA are not required to pay the registration fee again).

Browse Inventory: Shortlist the layout, floor, flat number and orientation of MIG and HIG flats available in Sector A1-A4, Narela by logging in before 12 noon on 28th August.

Block Flat: At exactly 12 o’clock, select the flat number of your choice on the portal and lock it.

Enter token booking amount: Make instant payment of prescribed token booking amount (prescribed amount for MIG and HIG) through Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card or UPI.

Demand letter and possession: After the booking is confirmed, an online demand-cum-allotment letter will be issued by DDA, after which buyers can take possession of the flat by paying the balance amount through bank loan or self-funding.
