Linked devices will be disconnected: When you turn on this AI agent for the first time, all your existing linked devices (WhatsApp Web or other phones) will automatically be disconnected due to security and configuration reasons, which you will need to re-scan.

Free for small businesses, ‘token charge’ for big brands
Meta has clarified that this service will be completely free within the WhatsApp Business app for small and medium enterprises (SMBs). On the other hand, for larger corporate companies and brands, Meta ‘Meta Business Agent Platform’ Has launched, where companies can create customized AI agent APIs at scale.
