Today at Circuit House, Prayagraj, Deputy Chief Minister Shri Maurya listened to every complaint with sensitivity and seriousness and directed the officials of the concerned departments to ensure that public problems are resolved in a quality, timely and transparent manner. He clearly said that the state government is fully committed to quickly solving the problems of the common people and negligence or indifference will not be accepted at any level. He instructed the officers to regularly review each case and provide appropriate benefits of the government schemes to the eligible persons. Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya seriously listened to the problems of hundreds of complainants and citizens from different districts of Prayagraj division in the Janata Darshan program organized at the Circuit House in Prayagraj today. A large number of complainants reached the program expecting solutions to their various problems and complaints.
The Deputy Chief Minister said that the state government is “with everyone, development of all, It is working in accordance with the mantra of “Sabka Vishwas and Sabka Prayas” and the public hearing program is an effective medium to further strengthen the trust between the government and the public. He expected the officers to treat each complainant sensitively and ensure resolution of their problems on priority basis.
