A very big news is coming amid the ongoing tension in the Middle East Conflict and the US-Iran war. US President Donald Trump has made a sensational post on the social media platform ‘Truth Social’ and claimed that on Sunday i.e. 14 June 2026 A historic peace agreement (US-Iran Peace Deal) will be signed to completely end the war with Iran. Trump claims that immediately after this deal, the strategically important Strait of Hormuz will be reopened for international ships and global trade. However, on the other hand, Iran has expressed its objection to this timeline and has asked for caution.
Trump’s sharp attack on Obama’s JCPOA deal
President Donald Trump has compared this proposed agreement with the nuclear agreement (JCPOA) signed in 2015 during the tenure of former President Barack Obama. Making a direct attack on Obama’s policy, Trump said that Barack Hussein Obama’s Iran policy had made it very easy and convenient for Tehran to acquire nuclear weapons. If that deal had remained in force, Iran would have had a nuclear bomb six years ago and would have used it by now. Trump stressed that his new deal is the exact opposite and includes a written guarantee that Iran will never be able to acquire nuclear weapons. According to Trump, Iran’s nuclear program has been completely deactivated.
Nuclear material will be destroyed by B-2 Bombers
Donald Trump, while disclosing a very aggressive and strategic plan in his statement, said that when complete peace is restored in the region, America will enter Iran with the help of its sophisticated and deadly B-2 Stealth Bombers and brave pilots. All the nuclear material and nuclear waste kept hidden deep under the mountains will be taken out. After this, that material will be downblended and taken to Iran or America itself and completely destroyed. Meanwhile, Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, who is playing the role of mediator, also expressed hope that this peace agreement can be finalized in the next 24 hours.
Iran rejected Trump’s claim, called it a ‘propaganda event’
On one hand, there is great enthusiasm about this deal in the American camp, on the other hand, Iran has completely rejected the claim of the deal being signed on Sunday itself. Iranian media and negotiators say that Trump’s insistence on signing the deal on June 14 is an attempt to create a big political atmosphere around his own birthday (Donald Trump Birthday). Iran has termed it purely a ‘propaganda event’ and ‘symbolic stunt’, which Trump wants to capitalize on by linking it with his UFC White House event. Iranian diplomats have made it clear that the draft of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has not been fully finalized yet, hence no document will be signed today.
60 days ceasefire can be discussed in virtual meeting
According to diplomatic sources and international reports, there is a possibility of a virtual meeting between the US and Iran with the cooperation of Pakistan and Qatar, in which this Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is planned to be signed electronically. Under this proposed agreement, the existing ceasefire between the two countries can be extended for the next 60 days. Also, a blueprint is being prepared to restore the Strait of Hormuz for trade and start fresh technical negotiations on Iran’s nuclear program. Now the eyes of the whole world are fixed on what turn this effort for peace takes in the Middle East.
