News India Live, Digital Desk: Jharkhand government has taken a revolutionary step to promote good governance in the state. Chief Minister Hemant Soren directed at ‘CM Dashboard 2.0’ (Integrated CM Data Intelligence Platform) has been fully activated. Now the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) will directly monitor the files of all departments and the progress of development schemes.

The objective of this new system is to bring transparency in the government machinery and eliminate corruption or delay.

5 key features of CM Dashboard 2.0

This platform has been specially designed for data-driven governance:

Real-Time Monitoring: Now there will be no need to wait for months to see the progress of the schemes. The Chief Minister will be able to see directly on his dashboard which project is stopped at which stage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI): ‘Key Performance Indicators’ have been fixed for every department and officer. Their ranking will be decided on the basis of speed and quality of work.

Integrated Platform: Data from all major departments like education, health, agriculture and skill development will be available at one place.

Transparency and Accountability: This will reduce the influence of middlemen and ensure that the benefits of the schemes reach the last mile.

Data Intelligence: This platform will not only show the data, but will also use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to tell which areas need improvement in the future.

Chief Minister’s Vision: “Benefits reach the last person”

Chief Minister Hemant Soren had recently clarified during the budget session that the government’s aim is not just to make schemes but to implement them.

Economic Development Board: Along with the dashboard, the government has also announced the formation of ‘Jharkhand State Economic Development Board’, which will help in attracting investments.

Speed in decision making: Data analysis through dashboards will be easier, which will reduce delays in taking policy decisions.
