In view of the huge crowd of candidates and transportation problems, Dhanbad Railway Division has decided to run special trains. This step has been taken with the aim of facilitating the youth reaching the examination centers and controlling the crowding in regular trains.

According to the information released by the Railways, these special trains will connect Dhanbad with the major examination center cities of the state. mainly Dhanbad-Ranchi, Dhanbad-Jamshedpur and Dhanbad-Sahibganj Additional trips will be made on the route. The running of these trains will benefit the most those candidates who have been allotted examination centers in remote districts.

Strict arrangements for crowd management

To handle the extra crowd at the stations during the examination days, security arrangements have been tightened at Dhanbad station and other major stations of the division. Additional deployment of RPF and GRP personnel has been made so that there is no chaos of any kind. Besides, instructions have also been given to open additional booking windows to avoid long queues at ticket counters.
