Usually every country has its own independent currency for its identity and economic control, but some countries of the world do not have any official currency of their own.

Dependent on the currency of another country: Such countries often depend on the currency of larger or neighboring countries (e.g. US dollar, Euro) for economic transactions.

Monaco is one of the richest countries in Europe. Despite being extremely wealthy, this country uses the euro instead of its own currency.

Economic crisis and currency conversion: Some countries have abandoned their currencies due to severe economic crisis or hyperinflation. For example, Zimbabwe adopted the US dollar and other currencies after the economic crisis.

Circulation of the Dollar: Latin American countries such as Ecuador and Panama officially use the US dollar to stabilize their economies.
