Now your post with ‘multiple photos’ i.e. ‘Carousel Posts’ It will not seem desolate. Now you can add your favorite song or music to these also.
What is this new change?
You might remember that till now we were able to put music only on ‘Stories’, ‘Reels’ or single photo posts. As soon as we selected more than one photo (called a carousel), the music option would disappear. We had to post those pictures without the songs.
But now, Meta has changed this. Now you can add a song to your photo dump or collection of photos to set the right vibe of that moment.
Imagine how much fun it will be!
Suppose you went on a trip to Goa with your friends. You posted 5-6 great photos from there together. Till now people used to swipe it silently. But now you can play “Dil Chahta Hai” or any party song behind it. The song will keep playing as your friends swipe the photo. This will make the experience of viewing photos completely filmy!
How to use this feature? (How to use)
It’s very simple, just like the rest of your posts:
- Open Instagram and click New Post (+)
- Select multiple photos from your gallery.
- Click on ‘Next’.
- On the editing screen you will see a Music Note (Music Icon) A mark will be visible.
- Tap on it and search and select the song of your choice.
- Just share it now!
