This sounds like a rule in a temple or at home, doesn’t it? But why are big companies adopting it? There are some very logical and interesting reasons behind this.

1. Home away from home
Startups recognize that we spend most of the day in the office. If the employee doesn’t feel relaxed, how will his brain function? After taking off the shoes, a person feels physically more light and comfortable.
