Congress awakened after the defeat in Bihar, state committee is going to be formed after years

News India Live, Digital Desk: It is said that “it is morning when you wake up”, but in politics, if you wake up too late, it is not morning but darkness. Something like this these days Bihar Congress Is of. After the crushing defeat in the elections and dwindling support base, the party high command has finally woken up.

News is coming that Bihar Congress will now go and State Committee Is going to be formed. This may sound like a common news, but if you deeply understand the politics of Bihar, you will know how big and how ‘late’ this decision is.

History is witness: The party has been running with “trust in God” for years.

You will be surprised to know that the last complete and systematic expansion of Bihar Congress took place when Ashok Choudhary Was the state president. And it’s been a long time since he left!
After Ashok Choudhary’s departure, the president changed—Kaukab Qadri came, Madan Mohan Jha came, and now there is Akhilesh Prasad Singh—but a “jumbo committee” or a complete army working on the ground could never be formed. The party continued to function with the help of ad-hoc committees.

Defeat opened eyes

The recent election results (be it assembly or by-elections) have shown the mirror to the Congress. Despite being in alliance with RJD, the party’s strike rate was not what was expected.
There was huge resentment among the workers. He said, “Brother, when there is no organization, responsibilities are not fixed at the district and block level, then why should we fight?”

After reviewing this anger and defeat, it has now been decided that the structure of the organization will be rebuilt.

What will be new?

Now speculations are being made that the state president Akhilesh Prasad Singh Will announce our new team soon. In this:

  • Old loyalists will find a place.
  • Efforts will be made to persuade the angry groups.
  • And most importantly – emphasis will be laid on youth and caste equations.

The challenge is still big

It is easy to form a committee, but difficult to activate it. The organization of BJP and JDU in Bihar is very strong till the booth level. RJD has its own base. In such a situation, will Congress, which has become just the “crutch of the alliance”, be able to stand on its feet through this new committee?

The big question is, will this exercise really revive the party or will it remain just a mere paper fulfillment? The workers are holding out hope that they will get their respect and position, so that they can go to the field and fight.

Now it will be interesting to see whose name appears in this new list and whose card is cut.
