All this will be done under the Industrial Corridor to be built along the Bundelkhand Expressway. This scheme will give a new impetus to the development of the district and will also create new employment opportunities, which will directly benefit lakhs of people. The work of acquiring land for this industrial corridor is also going on at a fast pace.

This industrial center will be built on the land of these 2 villages
This industrial corridor is being built in Auraiya district, due to which this district will emerge as a big industrial centre. For the construction of this corridor, land from two villages of the district, Mihauli and Nigada, will be taken. Land will be purchased from 639 farmers of Mihauli village and 232 farmers of Nigada village. Till now, the process of land transfer from 273 farmers has been completed.
Land acquisition work 93% completed
According to the information, the land acquisition work has been completed to the extent of 93%. A total of 124 hectares of land will be required for this industrial corridor. Uttar Pradesh Expressway Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA) and the district administration had started the land acquisition work last year itself, which is now on the verge of completion. Once this work is completed, further work on the project will be started.
Some special things about Bundelkhand Expressway
The total length of Bundelkhand Expressway is about 296 kilometers and its construction started in 2020. With the construction of this expressway, many districts of Bundelkhand like Chitrakoot, Banda, Hamirpur, Mahoba, Jalaun and Etawah have been directly connected. This has made travel much easier for millions of people. Currently this expressway has 4 lanes, but in future it can be expanded to 6 lanes.
This expressway has been constructed in 6 different parts. This includes stretches from Chitrakoot to Banda (50.49 km), Banda to Mahoba (50.300 km), Mahoba to Hamirpur (49 km), Hamirpur to Jalaun (51 km) and Jalaun to Auraiya (50 km).
