News India Live, Digital Desk: Television actress Deepika Kakkar, famous for her character in the serial Sasural Simar Ka, will have stage 2 liver cancer surgery today. Her husband Shoaib Ibrahim wrote an emotional note on Instagram yesterday, in which she urged all fans to pray for her.
The Star couple had earlier reported that doctors had found a tennis ball -shaped tumor in the actress’s liver during several medical examinations.
Deepika’s surgery was delayed due to symptoms like viral infection and flu.Shoaib and Deepika also explained how they are firmly handling the situation.
He said that the surgery that occurred that week has been postponed, as Deepika has not been able to recover from the flu yet.
Deepika also told that the doctors have assured her that she will recover after removing the tumor from surgery. He also told that he is in pain due to gall bladder stones.
He wrote in his post, “As you all know, the last few weeks have been quite difficult for us… Going to the hospital due to pain in the upper abdomen… and then came to know that it is a tennis ball -shaped tumor in the liver, and then it turned out that the tumor is a deadly (cancerous) of the second phase… It has been one of the most difficult times that we have seen and experienced!”
She told that she is trying to see everything positively: “With my whole family and with all of you, I will get out of this difficult time too! Inshallah. Inshallah. Keep me in her prayers! A lot of love. – Deepika, she further said. Deepika and Shoaib recently welcomed their son Ruhan.
