Indian oil companies have updated the latest petrol and diesel prices on Monday morning. In the international market, crude oil prices fluctuations are being seen, which also affects domestic oil prices. Oil prices in India are revised daily at 6 am under the dynamic pricing system.
It is important to note that the prices of petrol and diesel vary in every state, as the state governments apply VAT according to their fuel. In addition, the excise and dealer commissions by the central government also affect prices.

Some other cities have also seen stability in prices. For example, petrol in Noida was around ₹ 94.87 – ₹ 94.98 and diesel ₹ 88.01 – ₹ 88.13 per liter. Petrol in Gurugram was reported to be around ₹ 94.98 – ₹ 94.99 and diesel ₹ 87.84 – ₹ 87.85 per liter.
Crude oil prices in the international market are being recorded across around $ 75 per barrel. Petrol and diesel prices were last cut in March, after which prices have remained stable.
New rates are released by Indian oil marketing companies daily at 6 am. In addition to the basic cost of crude oil in petrol and diesel prices, it becomes almost double after adding things like excise, dealer commission and VAT.
