Method to make Green Onion Paratha:
Half cup finely chopped green onion in which you have to take only the white part.
Take about one and a half cups of finely chopped green onion leaves.
Add about 2 tablespoons of finely grated ginger to it.
Take 3 green chillies, finely chopped and 2 tbsp crushed garlic paste.
– Add salt as per taste and mix all the ingredients well.
– Now add 1 cup wheat flour and about 2 tablespoons oil. – After this knead the dough.
Use minimum water while kneading the dough and ensure that the dough is firm.
– Now break a part of the dough, make it into a ball and with the help of a rolling pin, give it the shape of your favorite paratha.
– Apply ghee on the paratha and cook on medium flame till it turns golden.
