TET exam to be held in December postponed, see official notification

HTET 2024 exam postponed: Haryana Board of Secondary Education (BSEH) has announced the postponement of Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) 2024. According to the official notice, the state government has approved the proposal to delay the exam, which was originally scheduled for December 7 and 8, 2024 (Saturday and Sunday).

As per the original schedule, the HTET Level-3 exam was scheduled to be held on December 7, 2024 from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm. On December 8, Level-2 paper was to be held from 10:00 am to 12:30 noon and after that Level-1 paper was to be held from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

The notice read, “The State Government has agreed to your proposal to postpone the HTET Examination, 2024 scheduled to be held on 07.12.2024 (Saturday) and 08.12.2024 (Sunday) till further orders. The concerned may be informed accordingly.”

Further, approval regarding dates for conducting HTET Examination, 2024 may be obtained later. “As per the official notice, the revised dates of HTET 2024 exam have not been finalized yet. The exam will remain postponed till further notice. The new exam schedule will be announced after the dates are confirmed.

HTET Exam Pattern 2024 for Level 1 (Class 1 to 5)

The exam consists of 6 subjects, these subjects are Child Development and Pedagogy, Hindi, English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, Haryana GK, Mathematics and Environmental Studies. Other details include:

There will be 150 questions in this paper.

Multiple choice type questions will be asked.

Each question will be of one mark.

There will be no negative marking in this.

The examination will be conducted in offline mode.
