Mumbai: Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have taken another flat in the same building where Prabhadevi has a flat in Mumbai, at a rent of Rs 7 lakh per month.
The rented flat is of 2319 square feet. It is located on the 24th floor. Along with this flat, they will also get three car parking.
Deepika and Ranveer have signed a 3-year agreement for this flat. For which he has given Rs 21 lakh as deposit. According to the agreement signed on November 13, the rent of this flat will be Rs 7 lakh for the first 18 months. Rs 7.35 lakh will have to be paid as rent for the next 18 months.
Deepika and Ranveer are decorating their dream house in Bandra at a cost of Rs 100 crores. Apart from this, he also has properties in many places near Mumbai including Alibaug.
