Surat: A case of love jihad has come to light in Rander area of the city. In which a heterodox youth, by adopting a Hindu name, trapped a 24-year-old girl in his love trap and had physical relations with her. Due to this, if the pregnancy remained, the virgin girl was threatened and got an abortion. In this case, the girl has lodged a complaint against the accused youth and his wife at Rander Police Station.
According to the details received in this regard, the victim was studying in college in the year 2000. Meanwhile, a young man named Yusuf Mia revealed his name as Kamal Sinha and after getting to know the girl, he trapped her in his love trap. After which the young man lured the girl for marriage and took her to different places and had physical relations with her. Due to which the girl became pregnant. So the young man put pressure on the girl to marry her and threatened her to get an abortion.
Even after abortion, the youth of non-religious religion continued sexually exploiting the Hindu girl. Finally when the girl asked for marriage, the accused said that his name was Yusuf Mandapwala and he was married. When the girl came to know the truth of heresy, the ground slipped from under her feet. After which apart from Yusuf, his wife Habiba also started harassing the girl.
A few months ago, Yusuf had bought a moped by taking a loan in the name of the woman. The heretic youth and his wife were continuously pressurizing the complainant to transfer the moped to their name. However, when the girl failed to control herself, Yusuf and his wife Habiba came to the complainant’s house and threatened him.
Finally, scared of the threats from her unfaithful lover and his wife, the girl contacted the Hindu organization. Those who gave courage to the victim for a legal fight lodged a complaint at Rander Police Station and the police registered a case and took further legal action.
