New Delhi: YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT Two winner Elvish Yadav was arrested by Noida Police on Sunday. The police was continuously interrogating him in the Cobra case. The YouTuber has been accused of making videos with live snakes in his farmhouse and organizing illegal rave parties and using snake venom and medicines.
Acting on information from an NGO, police had arrested five people from Chevron Bank Hall in Noida Sector 51 in November last year. Yadav was made an accused in the FIR but was not arrested then. The police interrogated the Bigg Boss winner twice and obtained information from him.
Police said that according to the information they received, Elvish Yadav used to shoot videos with live snakes and organize illegal rave parties with other gang members and YouTubers at farm houses in Noida and NCR. On such occasions, foreign girls were called and given snake poison and other intoxicants.
The police recovered 20 ml of snake venom, five cobras, a python and two two-headed snakes and a rat snake from them.
Elvis claimed his innocence in the entire matter. But one of the accused arrested recently said that he had poisoned the snake at the Elvish party.
Elvis bought a luxurious four-storey house in Wazirabad, Gurgaon worth Rs 12 crore. Apart from this, there is also a luxurious house worth eight crores in Dubai. Elvish's average monthly earnings are said to be around Rs 10-15 lakh and his net worth is estimated to be around Rs 40 crore.
Elvish, who is often in the news for his lifestyle and expensive cars, has a collection of luxury cars.
