Ayodhya, May 28 (HS). Five youths from Udgir in Latur district, Maharashtra have tried to infuse their creative initiative with spirituality. Giving the message of ride a bicycle, save the environment, the youths bowed at the feet of Ramlala and prayed for world welfare.
Udgir residents Vivek Holsambare, Balaji Mahadankar, Sanjeev Kumar Mane, Vishnu Tailang and Praveen Holsambare, after thinking about the increasing pollution from domestic and public vehicles, decided to create public awareness. The five friends started encouraging the use of bicycle in everyday tasks. They also propagated the physical benefits of this.
To spread our awareness message, we left for Ayodhya Dham on 16 May 24 for Shri Ram Lalla's Darshan. According to Vivek, a car was going along with four cyclists for any emergency backup. Due to excessive fatigue or other reasons, the cyclists kept taking changes. Cycling about 110 to 120 kilometers every day, we reached Ayodhya Karsevakpuram on 28 May (Tuesday) in 13 days via Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh.
Before this, since 2019, all the people have visited states like Punjab, Haryana, Gujarat, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh etc. Soon they will visit the remaining northeastern states and spread the message. This 1350 km cycle journey with 12 stops in 13 days will end at the feet of Ramlala and from here they will return home via Kashi, Prayagraj and Chitrakoot.
