According to the Finance Ministry, no registration is required to avail this service, it is completely free and access is given only to secure and authentic government resources.

If any of your old Savings Account, Fixed Deposit (FD) or Recurring Deposit (RD) has been lying inactive for a long time and has come under the category of unclaimed deposit, then now it has become very easy to find it.
