Shahjahanpur, 01 November (HS). In Shahjahanpur district of Uttar Pradesh, a 24-year-old youth raped his 75-year-old grandmother. The police have arrested the accused youth.
Police Station Head Rajendra Kumar Rawat said on Friday that a 75-year-old woman resident of a village in Khutar police station area was sleeping in her house on Thursday night. Then her real grandson Akhilesh Kumar alias Kallu came and raped her. The accused youth absconded after the incident.
The police station head said that on the complaint of the aunt, the police registered an FIR against the accused youth under rape and other sections and on Friday morning, the accused youth Akhilesh alias Kallu was arrested from Gola Road.
