necessary ingredients:
-Rs 400 for rice
– 2 teaspoons black pepper powder
– Green chilly
– 2 teaspoons oil
– loaf bowl coconut
– 2 teaspoons fennel powder
– finely chopped coriander
– Rock salt as per taste
– Oil
You can make it like this:
– First of all, soak Sama rice in water for about half an hour and grind it in a mixer.
– Now add green chilli, salt, chilli, green coriander, fennel powder and mix well.
– Now heat the pan and spread the batter on it.
– Bake it from both sides and sprinkle coconut powder on top.
In this way your fruit and spicy dosa is prepared.
