
On the special occasion of World Youth Skills Day, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has issued a very emotional and inspirational message titled ‘Yogi Ki Paati’ in the name of crores of youth of the state. This letter of the Chief Minister is dedicated to the energy of the youth of Uttar Pradesh, their entrepreneurship and their participation in the development of the state. The Chief Minister has started his letter by paying tribute to the unlimited potential of the youth. He wrote that today’s Uttar Pradesh has left behind its old conservative identity and is standing in front of the world as a young, energetic and progressive state. According to CM Yogi, the youth of the state have the potential to not only change their lives but can also give a new direction to the entire country. He appealed to the youth not to become mere job seekers, but to identify their inner skills and come forward as job creators through new startups and enterprises.
Steps towards self-reliance through skill development
In ‘Yogi Ki Paati’, various flagship schemes and achievements being run by the state government in the interest of the youth are also prominently mentioned, under which the youth are being made self-reliant:

Chief Minister Youth Self-Employment Scheme: Loans and financial assistance are being provided to the youth at low interest rates to start their own small and medium industries without any hindrance.

Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission: In every district of the state, youth are being trained technically as per the demand of modern industries (like AI, robotics and digital marketing), so that they can get employment immediately.

Tablet and Smartphone Distribution: To technologically empower the youth and eliminate the digital divide, the government is distributing free gadgets to crores of students.
Emphasis on law and order and transparent recruitment process
CM Yogi has also strongly underlined in the letter that a safe and fear-free environment has been created in the state to provide equal opportunities for progress to the youth. He assured that the state government is committed to a completely transparent and corruption-free recruitment process, where meritorious youth are getting jobs in government and private sectors only on the basis of their merit. In the end, the Chief Minister assured the youth that the state government stands with them like a strong partner at every turn of their progress and the dream of ‘Developed Uttar Pradesh’ rests on the shoulders of these youth.
