To do this asana, first lie down on your back and keep your legs straight and keep your palms near your arms. Then put weight on the palm and lift it above the chest. Then exhale and return to the previous position.
bridge pose
This asana also helps in keeping the heart healthy. For this, lie straight on the floor and bring the head to the side while keeping the palms of both the hands towards the feet. Then put weight on the legs and arms and move the arms upwards. Rest in this position for 10 to 15 seconds.
To do Tadasana, stand straight with both feet together. Then join both hands and slowly pull them upwards while breathing. Stay in this position for 15 seconds and return to normal position.
