Settlement was done outside the court
In the documentary, when Honey Singh was asked about the settlement between him and Shalini, he said:
“We both have signed an MOU (memorandum of understanding), so I cannot speak on the matter. I just want to wish him all the best for his future.”
difficult times for the family
Honey Singh’s sister Sneha Singh said that when Shalini made allegations of domestic violence, the family went through a very difficult period.
“To whom would we give clarification? No one was ready to listen to us. The world outside was very cruel, and old disputes were also going on in those days.”
Controversial story of USA Tour
Sneha Singh mentioned an incident in the documentary, which happened during Honey Singh’s USA tour. He said:
“Honey Singh was not in a position to perform on stage at that time, but Shalini pressurized him to perform.”
Sneha narrated the incident in detail:
“Brother messaged me and said he was not feeling well. He said to me, ‘Doll, save me.’ After this the call got disconnected. I contacted Shalini, but she replied, ‘She has to do this show.’ I said I can’t do that. After this, we had no contact with my brother for three hours. “Later we were told that he was in the hospital and had stitches in his head.”
Sneha’s allegations
Sneha claims that Shalini always put excessive pressure on Honey Singh and ignored his mental and physical health. He said,
“Shalini’s attitude was extremely difficult for our family. “At a time when the brother needed support, he was forced to endure even more stress.”
