ICC T20 Rankings: During the five-match series between India and Zimbabwe, Team India's Shubman Gill and Yashasvi Jaiswal scored a lot of runs with the bat and both of them also got the benefit of this in the current T20 rankings. Yashasvi Jaiswal has gained four places and is now at number six. Rituraj Gaikwad lost one place and reached number 8. Suryakumar Yadav was not a part of this series, although this did not affect the ranking and he is at number two. Australia's batsman Treville Head is number one. In this way, three Indian players are included in the top-10 T20 batsmen. Shubman Gill has gained 36 places in the ranking and is now at number 37. Gill scored the highest 170 runs in the series against Zimbabwe. Rohit Sharma, who has retired from T20 International, is at number 42 with a loss of five places. India's Rinku Singh did not get much chance to bat against Zimbabwe and when he got it, he could not do anything special. He has lost eight places in the rankings and is now at 49th position.
ICC T20 Bowling Rankings
Both Kuldeep Yadav and Akshar Patel did not go on the Zimbabwe tour and both have suffered losses in the bowling rankings. Akshar has dropped from fourth place to 13th and Kuldeep Yadav has dropped from fourth place to 16th place, out of the top-10. Ravi Bishnoi has come down to 19th place. Jasprit Bumrah and Arshdeep Singh have also suffered losses in the latest T20 rankings. Both have reached 21st and 23rd place respectively.
In the bowling rankings, Washington Sundar has gained 36 places and has reached the 46th position. Mukesh Kumar also gained 21 places in the T20 rankings and is now at the 73rd position.
ICC T20 All-rounders Ranking
Hardik Pandya was not a part of the series against Zimbabwe and now he has dropped out of the top-5 in the T20 all-rounders rankings. As soon as the ICC T20 World Cup ended, Hardik became the number-1 T20 all-rounder, but then Wanindu Hasaranga regained the number-1 crown and Hardik came to number two. Hardik is now at number six with a loss of four places. As an all-rounder, Axar Patel has also lost one place in the rankings and he has now reached number 13. Along with bowling, Washington Sundar has also benefited in the all-rounders' rankings and he has jumped eight places to reach number 41. Shivam Dubey gained 35 places in the all-rounders' rankings and is now at number 43.
