New Delhi, March 15 (HS). A crowd of spectators gathered at the Arun Jaitley Stadium here to watch the Women's Premier League (WPL) 2024 eliminator match played between Mumbai Indians and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) on Friday. About 27 thousand spectators were present in the stadium in this match.
RCB got a lot of support from the audience in the match. However, RCB batsmen disappointed the spectators. Captain Smriti Mandhana was out after scoring only 10 runs, while Richa Ghosh also disappointed and could only score 14 runs. However, Ellis Perry entertained the audience with his batting and played a brilliant half-century of 66 runs. Thanks to his innings, the RCB team, batting first, could reach a respectable score of 135 runs in 20 overs.
