Preparations for the eighth Deepotsav ceremony in Ayodhya are in the final stages and officials are preparing to create a world record on the occasion of Deepotsav on October 30. Lord Ram's city will be illuminated with 28 lakh lamps tomorrow.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath shared a post on social media and said that preparations for Deepotsav are in the final stages. At present work is going on on the installation of Diva, trials of laser, sound and drone shows are also going on. This year's Deepotsav is very important because this is the first Deepotsav after the consecration of Lord Shri Ramlala in the Ram temple.

This year's Festival of Lights depicts the spiritual, traditional and cultural value of this holy city. Artists from six countries, Myanmar, Nepal, Thailand, Malaysia, Cambodia and Indonesia are also participating in this year's Deepotsav. Ram Leela of Uttarakhand will also be staged on the night of Deepotsav. Special lamps will be used to reduce smoke and pollution in the Ram Janmabhoomi temple so as to spread awareness about cleanliness and environment. On October 30, 30 thousand volunteers will be present to help in decorating the ghats of Saryu. This time Ram Janmabhoomi temple will be decorated with flowers with the message of environmental protection. The entire program will be telecast live.
