Airfare and other concerns
MP Mahua Maji raised the issue of ‘rampant increase in air fares’, the biggest problem of the general public. He said that the budget of students and middle class families going out for studies is deteriorating due to this rising rent. He demanded the government to control the rents.
Furthermore, MLA Naveen Jaiswal raised questions on the use of CSR funds of the airport and said that these funds should be spent for the betterment of local displaced people and not in other districts.
