Ranchi, 07 October (Hindustan Reporter). A one-day workshop was organized by Piramal Foundation in collaboration with Jharkhand Government and Ranchi District Administration on Monday at Sonahatu Block Auditorium. Officials from three blocks participated in this workshop on personal development and team building.
Piramal Foundation has been working on 'Deep Dive Initiative' for water and environment conservation on climate change in Ranchi district since last year. Under this, a one-day workshop for personal development was organized for the officials of PHD, Agriculture Department, Rural Development Department and Panchayati Raj Department of Sonahatu, Tamar and Rahe blocks under the joint aegis of Jharkhand Government and Ranchi District Administration. The workshop was started by welcoming all the officials and singing Chetna.
The objective of this workshop is to develop personal development, team spirit, sense of cooperation and empathy and to understand the problems, causes and their solutions faced in the workplace every day through recreational activities and games. Under this, everyone shared questions among each other about their skills, their problems, when they get enthusiastic or frustrated while working, etc. All the participants understood the importance of teamwork and team building through the tower activity. After this, everyone wrote and discussed the problems coming in their workplace, their causes, and their solutions through tree activity.
Officials shared their experiences and said that they develop disinterest in doing the same type of work every day. It was great to do various activities in the workshop. Self-understanding and sense of teamwork developed.
