Haridwar, September 9 (HS). A one-day workshop on HVAC-R (heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration) system was organized in the Mechanical Department of Gurukul Kangri Engineering Campus. Mechanical engineering students participated in the workshop in large numbers.
Softcon India expert Aavish Bhatnagar shared information with the students on the technical aspects of design, operation and maintenance of HVAC-R systems. He made the students aware of the latest developments and industrial use in this field. In the program, Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Lamba, in-charge of Mechanical Engineering, said that through live demonstration, the students also got an opportunity to gain practical experience.
Vice Chancellor Prof. Hemalatha K., Registrar Dr. Sunil Kumar, and Dean Prof. Vipul Sharma congratulated the team on the successful conduct of the program. They said that such workshops are extremely beneficial for students and prepare them to suit the requirements of the industry. Students found the workshop informative and inspiring.
Program coordinator Dr. Mayank Pokhriyal thanked everyone for the successful organization of the workshop. Dr. Sunil Kumar, Dr. Jasvir Singh, Praveen Kumar Pandey, Rishi Kumar Prajapati, Yogesh Kumar, Kavindra Singh, and Kamal Singh were present in the workshop.
