Haryana Assembly Elections 2024: Political parties are gearing up vigorously to win the assembly elections in Haryana. Aam Aadmi Party convenor Arvind Kejriwal has started road shows and public meetings here. On Tuesday, Kejriwal reached Rania area of Sirsa district in Haryana. Instilling enthusiasm among the party-supported candidates, Jaya said that the next government in Haryana cannot be formed without the support of AAP.
Kejriwal said, “Nobody has asked me to resign (from the Delhi CM post). I am not power hungry. I have resigned and told the voters of Delhi that I will return to the Chief Minister's office only if they bring me back to power. Your son has formed the government in Delhi and Punjab. Give this seat (Rania) to us.”
There was a fierce fight for the seat in Rania
Rania is a strong contender for this seat. AAP's Harpinder Singh is the candidate here. INLD has fielded independent candidates Arjun Chautala and Ranjit Singh Chautala. BJP has bet on Sheeshpal Kamboj. Sarvamitra Kamboj is the candidate from Congress. INLD has an alliance with BSP in Haryana. Abhay Singh Chautala's son Arjun is Ranjit Chautala's grandson. In the 2019 elections, Chaudhary Devi Lal's son Ranjit Singh Chautala won from here. Later he supported BJP. However, fearing not getting a ticket from BJP, Ranjit Chautala announced to contest the election as an independent. Ranjit is the younger brother of former CM Om Prakash Chautala.
Election campaign started from Yamunanagar
AAP has fielded its candidates on all seats in Haryana elections, but the main focus of the party is on some seats. Rania is also included in this. Earlier, Kejriwal started his election campaign from Yamunanagar seat. Kejriwal, while campaigning in Sirsa's Dabwali, did a big roadshow in Jagadhari in support of AAP candidate Adarsh Pal. Kejriwal shared his jail experience and said that the blood of Haryana did not break him. He accused the current MLA from Jagadhari, Kanwarpal Gurjar, of not doing development.

Kejriwal held a roadshow in support of AAP candidate Kuldeep Gadrana from Dabwali. Kejriwal reiterated that if the results come in Haryana, no government will be formed without Aam Aadmi Party. I am proud that I am a son of Haryana, they (BJP) can break anyone but not Haryana. He attacked the politics of nepotism without naming anyone. Kejriwal said, Dabwali is occupied by one family. Now Aam Aadmi Party will release them. Aam Aadmi Party government has built the best government schools in Delhi. Education mafia has ended. Electricity is free. Good roads and best hospitals have been built. They are afraid of my honesty.
