Duleep Trophy 2024, Squads for 2nd Round: BCCI (Board of Control for Cricket in India) has announced all the teams for the second round of Duleep Trophy 2024. The second round will start from October 12 in Anantapur. One match of the first round was played in Bengaluru and the other in Anantapur. There have been major changes in India-A, India-B and India-D for the second round. While no changes have been made in India-C. Due to the change, Rinku Singh has been included in India-B.

Changes in India-A team
Changes have been made in the India-A team in the form of Shubhman Gill, KL Rahul, Dhruv Jurel, Kuldeep Yadav and Akash Deep. The reason for the change is that all these players have been included in the Indian team for the first Test against Bangladesh.
The selectors have replaced Gill with Pratham Singh (Railways), KL Rahul with Akshay Wadkar (Vidarbha) and Dhruv Jurel with SK Rashid (Andhra Pradesh). Apart from this, spinner Shams Mulani has been included in the team in place of Kuldeep Yadav, while Aaqib Khan (Uttar Pradesh) has been given a chance in place of Akashdeep. Mayank Agarwal has been made the captain of the team.

Changes in India-B team
Rishabh Pant, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Sarfaraz Khan and Yash Dayal have been included in the Indian team from India-B for the first Test against Bangladesh. Suyash Prabhudesai and Rinku Singh have been included in the team in place of Pant and Jaiswal. Also, Sarfaraz Khan will be available for the second round. Apart from this, Himanshu, the remaining minister, has been included in the team.
