- 1 cup urad dal
- 1 cup jaggery
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup dry coconut
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder
How to make Addiya Pak (Addiya Banwani Rit)
- – Fry urad dal until aroma comes out.
- – Grind the roasted lentils coarsely in a mixer jar.
- – Put jaggery and ghee in a pan on the gas and melt it.
- Add ground lentils, almonds, coconut, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder etc.
- Mix well and cook until the mixture thickens.
- – Then turn off the gas and let it cool down.
- Give it the desired shape (for example, square, roll).
- Half or half of your crop is ready.
