Will be a big action on Russia now? Trump signs of new sanctions, Europe is necessary:

News India Live, Digital Desk: Us-Russia Relations: In the relationship between America and Russia, tension seems to be increasing once again. US President Donald Trump has clearly indicated that he is fully prepared to impose stringent ban against Russia, expressing his frustration over the Ukrain War, Trump said that no one has adopted as much as he has taken the strict stance on Russia.

But this time there is a new twist in the story. The Trump administration believes that this action will be successful only when the countries of Europe also support America in it.

Trump’s Treasury Secretary (Finance Minister) Scott Besant has further clearly said that the US is ready to work closely with its European colleagues. Their purpose is to impose secondary tariffs (additional taxes) on those countries that are buying oil from Russia, so that Russia’s economy can be completely “destroyed”

In an interview, Besant said, “Now it has become a race about how long the Ukrainian army can stand and how long the economy of Russia can bear.” They believe that if the US and the European Union together impose further ban on the countries buying oil from Russia, Russia’s economy will completely collapse and this will force President Putin to come to the conversation table.

The statement came at a time when Russia has recently launched a major air attack on Ukraine’s capital Kiev. After this attack, America’s attitude has become even more strict.

The Trump administration has already imposed heavy tariffs on countries like India due to trade with Russia, now the US wants European countries to openly support it in this economic pressure strategy. Besant told that he would meet European leaders and discuss ways to pressurize this.

It is clear that the US now wants to take a decisive step to tighten the economic screws on Russia, but whether it will be successful in this big game, it will depend to a large extent on how much the countries of Europe support the US.
