Wife seeking maintenance allowance of ₹ 6 lakh per month: Court said work first!! | News India

Woman Seeks Rs 6 Lakh Monthly Al

Now we see people struggling to make ends meet. There are people struggling for just Rs 100 to even retail. On the other hand, there are people who earn thousands and lakhs of rupees per day. But some people instead of stretching their legs to the bed, stretch them beyond the bed. There is no MI for their income and their desires.

Especially in recent times, the biggest challenge is that people live in big cities. They live by calculating how much they have to spend every day. But here in an incident, the court reprimanded a woman who was caught in the trap of a luxurious life.

The judge was surprised for a moment after hearing the demand of a woman who came to the court to ask for alimony from her husband. Today's debate in the bench of Justice Lalitha Kanneganti of the state High Court was a matter of great curiosity. When the wife asked for alimony from her husband, there was silence in the entire court for a moment.

A video is going viral on social media in which the woman's lawyer is demanding Rs 6 lakh per month as alimony from her husband, who had asked for monthly maintenance.

The woman's lawyer told the court that she needs Rs 15,000 per month for shoes, slippers, dresses, bangles, sarees etc. and Rs 60,000 for food at home. The woman's lawyer told the court that she needs Rs 4-5 lakh for the treatment of knee pain and physiotherapy and other medicines.

But according to the rules, what is the wife's income per month? What is the husband's income? What is their source of income? The court will decide after a thorough hearing whether she is entitled to alimony or not. But before the Justice hears the woman's demand, is it possible for the woman to work for that much money? He said that first you have to pay that much money.

Please don't tell the court that this is all a person needs. 6,16,300 per month. Does anyone spend that much? If a single woman wants to spend that much, let her earn first. You have no other family responsibilities. You don't need to take care of the children. You want this money only for yourself. The court said that the amount you are asking for should be reasonable.

At the same time, the court asked the woman's lawyer to plead for the correct amount and warned that if the court did not ask for the correct amount of alimony, the petition would be dismissed.
