Wife appeals to central government for safe return of husband from war zone, case registered against agent

A heart-wrenching and serious case has come to light from Rajanna-Sircilla district of Telangana, where an Indian youth, who had gone abroad in search of employment, has been made a victim of an international job racket and forcibly joined the Russian Army. The victim youth has reportedly been deployed in a fierce war zone near the Ukraine border, after which his family is in deep fear and despair. The young man’s wife Domati Rakshita has made an emotional appeal to the Government of India, the Ministry of External Affairs and the State Administration to immediately bring her husband back home safely.

According to the official complaint lodged with the local police, Domati Kishan, a resident of Rajanna-Sirsilla district, was in search of better livelihood opportunities. Meanwhile, a local agent named Dharanam Srinivas, associated with ‘Aditya Manpower’ agency operating in Sirsilla city, lured him into getting a secure and well-paid job in Russia. Being influenced by the agent’s sweet promises and trust, Kishan handed over a huge amount of Rs 2.5 lakh to him. After the completion of the formalities, Kishan was sent to Russia on 5 September 2026 on a visit visa, but the circumstances changed completely as soon as he reached there.

According to wife Rakshita, Kishan was heavily cheated after reaching Russia. Instead of being employed in any normal work, he was forcibly recruited into a Russian army unit and after military training, he was sent directly to the front. Kishan recently somehow contacted his wife through phone and tearfully shared his ordeal. He told that he has been deployed on the front line in a very sensitive and conflict-torn area of the Ukraine border, where there is a serious risk to life every moment. After this revelation the entire family is shocked.

Seeing that her husband’s life is in danger, Rakshita has demanded immediate diplomatic intervention from the district administration and the Ministry of External Affairs of the Central Government. He said that innocent Indian youth are losing their lives in foreign wars after getting trapped in the trap of fake agents, hence the Indian government should immediately find Kishan and bring him back to India safely through the Indian Embassy in Moscow. After the complaint was registered, the local police have registered a case against the accused agent Dharanam Srinivas under fraud and illegal recruitment activities and have started investigating the entire gang.
