Dietician Richa has shared a video on her Instagram account in which it can be seen how unhealthy bread is prepared. In many bakeries, hygiene is not even taken care of. Usually the employees do not even wear gloves. If you watch this clip, then perhaps you will never like to eat bread again.

Richa Gangani wrote, “Bread is a big joke in India. It is poison. Bakeries use vegetable oil to make it because it is cheap. Not only this, vegetable oil is also added to many cheap snacks. Are you surprised to see this? I was surprised too.”

“According to the USDA, one slice of regular bread contains about 3 grams of sugar. White bread is considered very bad for your overall health. White bread usually contains refined flour as well as added ingredients like caramel, sugar and vegetable shortening to salt which are extremely unhealthy. Also, where do we eat just one slice? White bread is bad for health. Other types of bread fall into brown, multigrain and whole wheat categories which are called healthy, but they are not.”
