Nowadays people eat food 3 to 4 times a day and in that too they eat fried and spicy food. Whereas to stay healthy one should eat food only twice a day. Along with this, the amount of grains in the diet should be less and fruits and vegetables should be consumed more.
1). When a person eats too much food at once, the digestive system is unable to digest it properly, which leads to a feeling of heaviness in the stomach. This problem increases especially when people consume more oily and spicy food.
2). Many times people face the problem of constipation due to which stool gets accumulated in the intestines, causing a feeling of heaviness in the stomach. Lack of fiber in the diet and drinking less water are the main causes of constipation.

4). Do not drink water with food, rather you can drink water 1 hour before or 1 hour after eating food. Apart from this, eat juicy vegetables instead of dry vegetables in your diet.
