Why are neem leaves very effective in chicken pox?

It is believed that nothing works quickly in chicken pox, but from the very beginning, the elders have been saying that neem leaves are very effective and even today people believe in this statement of the elders. Even today, people find the use of neem leaves to be very effective in chicken pox.

The use of neem leaves is considered important in chicken pox. It has antiseptic properties that prevent chicken pox blisters from getting infected. These leaves help the blisters dry quickly and also reduce the chances of scarring so that there are no scars left after chicken pox is cured. Neem leaves are also rich in anti-inflammatory properties that reduce itching and irritation caused by chicken pox.

Some studies suggest that neem also has antiviral properties that can help prevent the spread of the virus. It cools the skin i.e. the paste of neem leaves cools the skin and helps in reducing the irritation to a great extent.

How to use Neem?

Neem paste: Make a paste by grinding neem leaves and apply it on the blisters

Neem water: Boil neem leaves to make water and wash the blisters with this water

Neem oil: Neem oil can be applied to blisters, but it should be used in small quantities only

Be careful while using neem on children and do not let it go directly into their eyes.
