Maharashtra Politics: Assembly elections are going to be held soon in Maharashtra and all the political parties have started preparations for it. The ruling party in Maharashtra is Mahayuti i.e. NDA. At the same time, discussions are also going on about this among the opposition i.e. Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA). Meanwhile, a dispute has started in the Maha Vikas Aghadi regarding who will be the face of the Chief Minister.
What does Congress say?
Maharashtra Congress election in-charge Ramesh Chennithala was asked about the chief ministerial face of the Mahavikas Aghadi. In this matter, he said, 'At present, we have not discussed the face of the Chief Minister. MVA is our face and we are contesting the elections on this face. We have not discussed the face of the Chief Minister and we will discuss who will be the Chief Minister only after the elections.'
Sanjay Raut's big claim
Regarding who will be the face for the post of Chief Minister in Mahavikas Aghadi, Shiv Sena (Uddhav faction) leader Sanjay Raut said that the next government in Maharashtra will be of Mahavikas Aghadi. In any case, Uddhav Thackeray will come to power in Maharashtra. This time if Mahavikas Aghadi government comes, then no one can stop it. When the election comes, no matter how much money you distribute, how many schemes you bring, try to buy votes, you will definitely lose the election.
On BJP handing over the command of the election to Devendra Fadnavis, Sanjay Raut said, 'This is a good thing, a good sign for us. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Amit Shah will come to Maharashtra for election campaign and will hold as many meetings as possible and its leader will be Devendra Fadnavis. So this is a good sign, this will increase our seats by 25 more.'
