A similar mention is found in Mahabharata about the 101st son of Dhritarashtra. Yes, we all know that Dhritarashtra had 100 sons. Apart from this, there was also a daughter named Dushaala, but do you know that apart from 100 sons, Dhritarashtra also had another son. Let us know the secrets related to the 101st son of Dhritarashtra from astrologer Radhakant Vats.

Who was the 101st son of Dhritarashtra?
The name of Dhritarashtra's 101st son was Yuyutsu. Yuyutsu was the son of a maid. According to the story, when Gandhari was pregnant, a maid used to serve Dhritarashtra. Once when Dhritarashtra asked his maid to ask for a boon in return for her service, the maid wished for a child.

Since Dhritarashtra had promised to fulfill the boon given to the maid, he had to keep his promise. Yuyutsu was the son of this maid. Despite being a Kaurava, Yuyutsu was very different from other Kauravas. He always did religious and virtuous deeds.

Also, he always stood with Dharma. Yuyutsu was also born with Duryodhana. That is why Yuyutsu was equal to Duryodhana. However, the Kauravas always considered him as a slave's son and did not give him equal status. Yuyutsu was also against the Kauravas.

Even at the time of Draupadi's kidnapping, Yuyutsu opposed Duryodhan, but due to his father Dhritarashtra's silence, he was unable to stop the kidnapping. So he left the meeting. Yuyutsu also fought on the side of the Pandavas in the Mahabharata war.
