The World Meteorological Organization and US agency NOAA have predicted that this year will be colder than normal, as weather conditions change due to the activation of La Nina between December and February.

Western Disturbance will become active due to activation of La Nina.

There is a 60 percent chance of La Nina becoming active in the last week of November. With the activation of La Nina, Western Disturbance will become active and there will be a possibility of rain. Due to which the temperature of the sea will reduce. There will be climate change and it will affect Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir. Due to rain and snowfall in these two states, cold will increase across the country. The temperature is likely to remain below normal.
