NASA's special mission: After the Moon, mankind is moving ahead in research on Mars. Actually, NASA is working on a mission which, if successful, can establish a human settlement on Mars. For this, they assigned four scientists the mission of spending a year in a special house that resembles the atmosphere of Mars. After spending 378 days in the mission, all four scientists came out safely. Through this mission, NASA is investigating the possibility of what kind of arrangement will be needed to send humans to Mars.
The four scientists spent almost a year
Four NASA scientists, Anca Celariu, Ross Brockwell, Nathan Jones and team leader Kelly Heston, have been part of the Mars Mission Program for the past year, working on missions that study how humans would live on Mars and what challenges they would face
Everyone was away from human contact
378 days after completing the mission, when the four scientists came out of the Mars home in Houston, Texas, everyone enthusiastically welcomed the scientists. Let us tell you that all these scientists were away from human contact for the last one year.
Smiles were seen on the faces of scientists
During the mission, the scientists did 'marsh walks' and also grew vegetables in this house. For them, being away from human contact for a year was similar to the painful experience of lockdown during a pandemic. But when they came out on Saturday, the faces of the four scientists lit up with laughter and they became emotional. During this, other staff members welcomed them with applause.
