District Food Marketing Officer Dhananjay Singh said that registration of farmers selling wheat has been started on the Food Department's portal FCS.UP.gov.in. Before selling wheat, online registration and renewal can be done on the Food Department portal through any public convenience centre, cyber café, mobile phone and mobile app. Farmers who have registered for purchasing paddy do not need to register again for selling wheat. They just have to renew their registration. There is a system of OTP based registration for selling wheat.
For farmer registration, enter your mobile number and complete the registration process by filling the OTP sent through SMS. If the farmer himself is not present at the procurement centers at the time of sale, it is mandatory to feed the details and Aadhaar number of the nominated member of the family in the registration form.
