Ingredients: 1 bowl wheat flour, 1 tbsp gram flour, 1/2 tsp celery, salt as per measurement, half tsp turmeric, oil (for frying).

Method: First of all, sieve the wheat flour and mix all the ingredients except oil in it and knead a hard dough. – Now cover it with a cloth and keep it for 15-20 minutes. Then knead it and prepare it. – Heat oil in a pan and fry crispy puris on low flame and after cooling, offer these puris to the mother.

Mix up the lentil pudding

Ingredients: 100 grams gram dal, 100 grams moong dal, 50 grams urad dal, 50 grams soybean, 250 grams sugar, 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom, 150 grams desi ghee.

Method: First of all clean all the beans. Then wash it and soak it for 2-3 hours. – Drain the water from the soaked lentils and grind it in a mixer. Add 1 cup water to the sugar and boil till it becomes syrup. – Keep the prepared syrup aside. – Now heat ghee in a pan. Add the crushed lentils and fry on low flame. – When the lentils start giving fragrance and it is fried well, add sugar syrup to it and cook. – Now add ground cardamom to it. Now let it cool. Enjoy the delicious mixed lentil halwa.

fried rice

Ingredients: 1 bowl of basmati rice, 1.5 bowl of sugar, 1/2 tsp cardamom powder, 5-7 saffron strands, a pinch of sweet yellow colour, 1 tsp ghee, 2-3 cloves, chopped dry fruits, 15-20 raisins.

Method: Before making puffed rice, soak it for an hour. – Now boil water in a big jar. – Let the rice cook in steam and keep it in a plate to cool. – On the other hand, prepare one to one and a half cup of sugar syrup. – Add cooked rice in it and keep stirring for a while. – Now add cardamom and color to it. – Heat ghee separately in a pan, add cloves to it and mix it with rice. – Add finely chopped dry fruits and soaked raisins to it, mix well and serve with soaked rice.

Malpua

Ingredients: 1 cup milk, 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp fennel, oil (for frying), finely chopped pistachios and almonds.

Method: To make Malpua, first of all keep flour in a vessel. – Now add oil and mix it well. – When the oil is well mixed in the flour, add milk and fennel to it and make a thick paste. – To make syrup, put sugar, lemon juice and water in a pan and keep it on the gas. – On the other hand, put oil in a pan on the gas and heat it. When the oil is hot, add the paste made of flour to it. When it is cooked well, take it out of the oil and dip it in the prepared syrup and keep it for some time. Later take it out of the syrup and sprinkle chopped pistachios and almonds on it and offer it to Goddess Mata.
