Eating too much junk food, fried and spicy food also increases the risk of pimples.

If you have pimples then you should avoid these foods-

1). Chips and fast food: Fast food like chips, French fries, burgers etc. are high in oil and sugar, which can increase the problem of pimples or acne.

2). Chocolate: Chocolate is high in fat and sugar, which is not good for the skin. To avoid pimples, one should avoid eating too much chocolate.

3). Dairy Products: Consumption of dairy products is beneficial for the skin. But consuming it in excess increases the risk of pimples. Actually, dairy products contain a good amount of lactose and fat, which are harmful for the skin.

4). Excessive fried food: Excessive fried and spicy food causes many skin related problems. If you have pimples, you should avoid eating too oily food.

5). Alcohol and smoking: People who consume alcohol and smoke are more likely to have skin problems. Consuming such things causes problem of pimples and causes great harm to the skin.

6). Caffeine and cold drinks: Excessive consumption of caffeinated foods like tea and coffee can also increase the problem of pimples. Apart from this, consuming cold drinks also increases the risk of pimples.
