Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana launched under Ayushman Bharat is the world's largest health insurance scheme. It aims to provide health insurance of Rs 5 lakh per year to more than 12 crore poor and vulnerable families. How to get benefit?

The beneficiary will not need any special card for PMJAY scheme. All government and private hospitals associated with this scheme will have “Ayushman Help Desk” for the beneficiary to establish his/her identity only.
