Weekly summer special trains from Guwahati and New Tinsukia

Guwahati, 27 April (HS). In view of the sudden increase in passengers during summer, Northeast Frontier Railway (PUSIRE) will run weekly special trains from Guwahati and New Tinsukia. One special train will operate between Sri Ganganagar and Guwahati in Rajasthan and the other between New Tinsukia and SMVT Bengaluru. Both these trains will operate for 09 trips each in both directions. For the convenience of passengers, both the special trains will have AC 2-tier, AC 3-tier and sleeper class coaches.

Accordingly, Train No. 05636 (Guwahati – Sri Ganganagar) Special will depart from Guwahati at 18:15 hrs every Wednesday from May 01 to June 26 and reach Sri Ganganagar at 03:30 hrs on Saturday. In return, Train No. 05635 (Shri Ganganagar – Guwahati) special will depart Shri Ganganagar at 13:20 hrs every Sunday from May 05 to June 30 and reach Guwahati at 00:25 hrs on Wednesday.

Train No. 05952 (New Tinsukia – SMVT Bengaluru) Special will depart from New Tinsukia at 18:45 hrs every Thursday from 02 May to 27 June and reach SMVT Bengaluru at 09:00 hrs on Sunday. In return, Train No. 05951 (SMVT Bengaluru – New Tinsukia) Special will depart SMVT Bengaluru at 00:30 hrs every Monday from 06th May to 01st July and reach New Tinsukia at 13:15 hrs on Wednesday.
