Weather update today: Delhi-NCR will get relief from heat, forecast of continuous rain for three days; Know the weather conditions of other states

New Delhi. IMD has issued a one-week forecast regarding the weather of the national capital Delhi and NCR. According to this, today and tomorrow two days will be generally cloudy. At the same time, there is a possibility of light rain along with the wind.

It will be cloudy on April 15 and there will be a possibility of rain/drizzle. Apart from this, strong surface winds are expected from April 16 to April 18. There will be a drop in temperature in these three days. On Friday, the maximum temperature of Delhi was 39.4 degrees Celsius while the minimum was 21.7 degrees.

Snowfall continues in Jammu and Kashmir

According to the Meteorological Department, due to the activity of western disturbance, the weather pattern will remain changed in Kashmir Valley till April 20. There is a possibility of snowfall in the upper areas and rain in the lower areas today and tomorrow. At the same time, the sky remained cloudy in Jammu since Friday afternoon. From April 15 to 20, the sky may remain cloudy in the lower areas and there will be intermittent rain in the upper areas.

Alert of rain and strong wind in Uttarakhand also

Uttarakhand weather today: There was bright sunshine in Uttarakhand on Friday from the mountains to the plains. Due to this, an increase of three to four degrees Celsius was recorded in the maximum temperature. For the first time this season, the temperature in Dehradun has reached close to 36 degrees Celsius.

At the same time, the hilly areas may remain partly cloudy for the next three days. Yellow alert has been issued regarding rain with thunder at different places in Uttarkashi, Chamoli, Rudraprayag, Bageshwar, Pithoragarh, Dehradun, Tehri, Pauri, Haridwar and Almora districts.

In some areas, strong winds can blow at a speed of 30 to 40 km per hour. At the same time, there is also a possibility of light snowfall on peaks higher than four thousand meters.
